Publishing a Contract to the Register (from a Project)


Once a project has been awarded, it can then be promoted to the Contract Register by clicking Contract register settings under the "Contract monitoring" area of the project dashboard.



As this is being promoted from a project, the categories will already be set. The awarded suppliers will also be pulled through automatically from the decision stage of the project. Any missing Contract information and Mandatory custom fields (if applicable) will need to be completed at this point. There is also a Compliance checklist for those looking for the entry to adhere to the Government transparency agenda (note, that if this does not apply, an entry can be published onto the register with this amber).



The Awarded suppliers and Categories areas can viewed / amended on the Contract register settings page if necessary.


The Contract information status will be Red as a Review date, Awarded date, Department and Primary contact must be added. This is changed within the Contract Information area.
