Publishing and Amending Entries in the Contract Register
Once all sections of the Publication checklist (not including Compliance checklist which can be amber if this does not apply to your organisation) is Green, you can Publish the entry to the Contract Register. There is also the ability to Preview the entry before publishing.
If you are covered under the Government transparency agenda, the system will flag green when you have all the relevant information required to comply with this added to the entry. (Note: if this does apply to your organisation, remember that the Contract Visibility must be changed to "Publicly visible", and this will mean it will be posted to our public register on the ProContract Supplier Portal homepage).
The entry can also then be Viewed and Unpublished from the same area.
