Selecting team members
The next step in the creation of your project is to select the team that will be involved in the project.
The role of Primary Contacts, Project manager and Procurer will be automatically populated with your details, as whoever clicks “Create Project” will be used a default.
Adding Additional Team Members
To remove or add a team member, click the icon in the section you wish to make the changes.
In the example shown below, Brad is creating the project and therefore is the default Procurer, however Emma will also assist this this Tender. The procurer(s) is the user(s) who will effectively assume the responsibility for running the Project/ tender exercise. This person can be the same person as the Project Manager; however it is also possible for the Project Manager to assign someone else to actually run the tender, with them retaining overall responsibility as the manager of the Project.
