Adding the Evaluation Manager and Evaluators to the Team
Before any Evaluation criteria can be added, the Evaluation team must be set up. From the Project Dashboard, click on Manage Project Team from the Project Control Panel.
In order to prepare and customise any Evaluations, a User must be added as an Evaluation Manager using the Edit link in that section.
It may also be beneficial to set up a pool of Evaluators at this point using the same process, although this can be done at any time. These are Users who have the capacity and experience to Evaluate the responses from a Supplier.
